The Last Shop On Walnut
Synopsis
After fifteen years of isolation inside the building that houses his lamp store, a deeply remorseful and guilt-ridden man is forced to confront his past when family secrets and neighborhood gentrification push him to finally face the outside world.
Our Role
Sam worked closely with director Jason Richardson to bring his vision to life. Together they finished the offline edit in 3 months and within 9 months of shooting had locked picture.
Together with local musicians Sam and Jason collaborated to create original score and cues for the film.
With the help of DOP Matt Petrunak, Butterfly Temples Studio, Pixel Planet and Sound Bear Studios they were able to deliver high quality DCP's for red carpet premieres in Cleveland, Ravenna and Los Angeles. The film is currently being submitted to film festivals around the world.
